Join Bright & Beautiful North Tyneside as a Customer Service & Operations Apprentice. This varied role combines customer service, administration and support for housekeeping teams. Gain experience in customer care, recruitment and daily operations while working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Working Week Description

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, with one hour unpaid lunch

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and email enquiries from customers and applicants.
  • Book appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Support customer onboarding, feedback collection, and customer care activities.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, interview arrangements, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Carry out general office administration and maintain accurate digital records.
  • Support housekeeping teams with operational tasks, stock checks, and preparation of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with the delivery of cleaning and housekeeping services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained at customer properties.
  • Work alongside housekeeping teams to understand service delivery, health and safety requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and managers.
  • A full UK Driving License is required due to the nature of the role
