Working Week Description

Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm

Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve on Trade Counter.

  • Answer phone to take sales orders.

  • Process paperwork.

  • Learn stock items as well as checking stock.

  • Process deliveries and package orders for customers.

  • Learn basic bench locksmith.

  • Ensure the shopfloor is tidy and meets health and safety requirements.

  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any queries regarding products/the service.
