The admin apprentice provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments including Archives, Postroom, Reception, and HR; however duties are varied and not limited to these areas. This role is fast-paced and you will be working as part of the support team, as well as working towards your qualification.
Front of House duties in the absence of the receptionist, welcoming clients to the firm, answering and redirecting calls.
Booking and setting up meeting rooms, ordering food, restocking fridges
Opening, scanning and distributing all incoming documents
Maintain accurate records of documents received and outbound delivery codes
Preparing all outgoing post for collection
Ordering and distributing stationery and consumables
Assisting with health and safety tasks
Support the HR function with HR admin, Wellbeing and Engagement programs
Scanning, photocopying, binding, laminating, audio typing as required
