Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice

Working week: 9am - 4pm

To assist the Lettings Department with all aspects of lettings and property management.

Role and responsibilities

Tenancy Processing Support: Supporting the Lettings Team with processing applications, conducting referencing, and preparing legal documentation such as tenancy agreements and inventory’s.

Compliance & Safety: Supporting the Property Management Team to ensure all properties meet legal standards, including arranging Gas Safety Certificates (GSR), Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

Office Administration: Answering phone calls, handling queries, and managing general office tasks to support the wider lettings team.

  • Time Management & Prioritisation: Organising and planning work effectively; prioritising tasks; working to timescales.
  • Administrative Efficiency: Maintaining accurate records (digital and hard copy), handling correspondence, filing, and using IT systems and databases.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues and external contractors, contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Numeracy & Literacy: Using accurate business English in communications and applying numeracy skills in everyday tasks.
  • Customer-Focus: Being responsive to customer needs; delivering reliable, trustworthy and professional service; maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Professional Presentation: Demonstrating appropriate dress, personal presentation, and acting as a positive representative of the organisation at all times.
