Working week: 9:30 – 4:30pm / 10am – 5pm (1 hour paid lunch) Monday – Friday, times may alternate between the two

Join a small dedicated team helping to build partnerships and drive online sales for large high street clients and SME online retailers.

Role and responsibilities

• Sending weekly communications from our clients (customers) to our partners (also customers but non paying)
• Sourcing client (customer) offers to promote to partners (non paying customers)
• Partnership outreach (to non paying customers) & reporting back to clients (customers)
• Building relationships with clients and especially partners Keeping records & reports of interactions to showcase to clients (customers) Reporting performance to clients (customers)
• Agreeing actions with the client Ensuring both the client and the partners are happy and have what they need

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Good English skills
• Good organisation skills
• Ability to use word, excel, powerpoint and online tools
• Proficient with email use Responsive Helpful & informative
