REQUIREMENTS

Already working in a school as a Teaching Assistant
Completed Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
If not working in a school, must have been accepted on placement in a school of their choice. Placement must be for one full day or two half days per week.

Plan and deliver learning activities under the direction of the teacher.
Support disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs.
