What do they do?
Facilities operatives help keep workplaces safe, functional and welcoming by supporting essential day-to-day services. They can:

Trade Supplier (Level 2)
What do they do?
Trade suppliers support the day-to-day running of trade counters, telesales and stock operations while building practical product knowledge. They can:
- Serve customers and process straightforward trade orders
- Support warehousing, stock control and product handling
- Use workplace systems while following relevant business procedures
